     BARGALTA is born from the mixture of the two most typical olive varieties in the area, they are “arbequina” and “arroniz”.

     The characteristics of both varieties result in an oil of balanced profile, and intense favorite flavour, a slight bitterness and spiciness in the mouth.

     Its strong green-yellow color and high content of oleic acid sets it apart from other oils. All this, together with the cold extraction by mechanical means allow the product to mountain the organoleptic properties of the fruit, giving it an exceptional quality.

     In the market we can find it in these three formats:

5 liters and 2 liters in plastic bottle, and 500 ml in glass bottle.
